Jeff’s practice focuses on all matters of Family and Matrimonial Law.
Jeff has practiced Family and Matrimonial Law since he graduated from law school. He developed a passion for the field while interning with the Matrimonial and Family Law Unit of the New York Legal Assistance Group, where he participated in divorce mediations.
Jeff continued to pursue his passion throughout law school, taking a course load geared towards Matrimonial Law and interning for an experienced New York City Matrimonial Firm. After law school and before relocating to Rochester, Jeff practiced Family and Matrimonial Law in New York City under a lawyer selected as a Super Lawyer in Thomson Reuters’ annual survey of the top 5% of lawyers in the New York metro area since 2012.
Prior to joining Wesley Clark & Peshkin LLP, Jeff practiced Collections Law throughout New York State and volunteered with Volunteer Legal Service Project of Monroe County, where he provided pro bono legal services to residents seeking a divorce.
It is Jeff’s mission to provide his clients with compassionate counsel from start to finish, advocating for their rights and best interest.
Jeff received his undergraduate degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and his juris doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
